He is survived by: his children, Michael Germain (Elizabeth) of Oswego, Timothy Germain (Abigail) of Florida, Julia Demm (Daniel) of Oswego and Linda Jeanne Germain of Oswego; and his grandchildren, Kristina DeStevens, Tracie Germain, Michael Germain, Jr., Nicole Patterson, Jeffrey Germain and Madeline Germain. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
