He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hill (Cloonan) and John Norvel Hill Sr.; and his siblings, Karen (Bruce Milligan) and William Hill. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hill (Ruggio); his children, Marian Hill and Johnny Hill (Tiffany); his granddaughter Celeste Hill; and his brothers, Kevin "Bo" Hill (Carleen) and David Hill (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
