It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Dunsmoor of Oswego, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph DeCaire and Ethel Louise DeCaire (Gunther); and her sister Doris May. She is survived by: her husband William Dunsmoor; her sons, George Broadwell and Shane Broadwell (Elisa); her grandchildren, Brooke Tracz (Brandon), Hannah Brideweser (Adam), Elaina Broadwell (John Bower), Samuel Broadwell, Mathew Broadwell and Bruce Broadwell; her brother Peter DeCaire (Barb); and her great grandchild Lily Joyce Tracz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (11 W Albany St, Oswego, NY 13126). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 70 E 1st St, Oswego, NY 13126.
