Though Joyce Maria may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce Maria touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Batchelor and Jane Sikes Batchelor; her brother Paul Batchelor; and her stepchild Laurie Anna Mangano Cornelius. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Mangano; her siblings, Jane Tonkin (Don) of Oswego, Craig Batchelor of Oswego and Kenneth Batchelor of Scriba; her stepdaughter Sarah Mangano of Oswego; and her stepson-in-law Wayne Cornelius. She is also survived by six step grandchildren, seven great step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
