Margaret Mitchelson Obituary

We announce the death of Margaret Mitchelson of Oswego, New York, who passed away on August 12, 2026. Margaret will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Longley and Beulah Longley (Wallace); her husband Harold "Hank" Mitchelson; her sisters, Mary Axtell and Rinda Argetsinger; her grandchildren, Angela Zagame, Steve Perras and Katielyn Aubertine; and her brother-in-law Earl "Oakie" Mitchelson.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Perras (Steve) of Oswego, Susan Aubertine (David), Brenda Bohall (Steve) of Oswego and Fred Mitchelson of Oswego; and her brother Russell Longley of Martville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
