He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Turner and Hazel Scott; his stepfather William Scott; and his brother Daniel Turner. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his daughters, Tracey (Darryl) and Beverly (David); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Meghan, Sierra, Amber (Skilar), Kirsten, Aimee, Jordyn and Daryl Jr.; and his siblings, Priscilla Turner and Timothy Turner (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Port City Faith Church (436 W 5th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Port City Faith Church.
