He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harold Plunkett and Ruth Catherine Plunkett (Sattimore); his wives, Sally Louise Plunkett (Hogan) and Darlene Plunkett (Whitney); his brother Donald W. Plunkett; and his grandson Travis Casey Comerford.
He is survived by: his children, Michael H. Plunkett Jr., Mary Patricia Comerford and Brigette Ann "Gigi" McCarey; his sons-in-law, Robbie of Oswego, Timothy Patrick Plunkett of Oswego and William Eric Plunkett of Cincinnati; his granddaughters, Alyson Marie (Comerford), Moss (Michael) of Clarence Center, NY and Laurel Anna Plunkett (Noah Simon) of Fulton, NY; his great grandchild Bennett Travis Moss; his stepchildren, Wendy Suits (Paul), Holly Whitney of Oswego, NY and Kenneth Whitney of Washington, DC.; Joe.
