She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McCarthy and Anastacia McCarthy (Nee Kasperek); and her husband Terrence. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann McHugh (Peter), Maureen Coughlin (Peter Lyon), John Coughlin and Terrence Coughlin (Kristi Arrowood); her grandchildren, Madeline Gandy (Paul), Meredith McHugh, Meghan McHugh, Jack Lyon, Bridget Lyon, Thomas Lyon and Mia McHugh; and her sister Mary McCarthy.
