He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oscar Porter and Dorothy May Porter (Campbell); his girlfriend Georgia Snyder; and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Monette, Susan Peters (John), Carolyn Knowlton, Jeffrey Porter and Michael Porter (Jennifer Mossburger Porter). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
