He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Cusyck and Sadie V. Cusyck Sr. (Lysak); his siblings, William, Frank and Patricia Nagy; his brother-in-law James Mike Caprin; his nephew Timothy J. Cusyck; and his great-nephew Charles L. Cusyck.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Dianna Ambrosetti; his siblings, Thomas, Walter Cusyck and Veronica Caprin; and his sister-in-law Michelle Cusyck. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
