It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Andres of Oswego, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Andres and Elizabeth Andres (Harren); his son Michael Castiglia; and his brothers, Donald Andres and Gene Andres.
He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Castiglia; his son Mark Castiglia; his stepdaughter Maria Castiglia; and his granddaughters, Gabriela Castiglia and Jaielle Litchison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (11 W Albany St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
