He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bivens (Bolster); his children, Heather Bivens (Brian Monica) of Baldwinsville, Sarah Bivens (Victor Nicholas) of Oswego, Michelle Bivens of Oswego, Rebecca Bivens (Christopher McLaughlin) of Oswego, Michael Bivens (Brook) of Oswego and Anthony Bivens (Amanda Monachino) of Oswego; and his siblings, Randy Bivens (Bobby Jean) of Oswego, Christopher Bivens of North Carolina, Joyce Roth (David) of Oswego, Sandra Lagoe (James) of Oswego, Janice Frasier (Nancy) of North Carolina and Lorraine Bivens (Greg Caster) of Oswego. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
