He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda A. Syrell Tyrrell (Frank) of Fulton and Robert L. Syrell; his sons, Chance Kennedy of Oswego and Allen Scott Syrell of Mexico; the mother of his children Lori Allen of Mexico; his sisters, Melinda Grant (Donald) of Oswego and Lisa Kranz (Donald) of West Virginia; and his close friend Robert Welch of Orwell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
