He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Hammill; his parents, Jeremiah Hammill and Margaret Hammill; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Diane) and Jeffery (Terri); his grandchildren, Kevin, Sarah and Michael Fantom; his great grandchildren, Adam Guzzo and Sofia Hammill Flores; his siblings, Jane Hampton, Kathleen Hammill, Stephen Hammill, Stephanie Wood and Jeremiah Hammill (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Lelis Delgado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home (147 W 4th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
