He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Oughterson; his stepdaughter Paige Fisher (Vincent); his caregiver Patricia L. Oughterson; and his brothers, Richard Oughterson of Auburn, NY and Scott Oughterson of Auburn, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
