He is survived by: his children, Bella Rose Lawson, Aiden Benway, Madison Benway, Carter Benway, Eli Goodway and Everett Walker; his parents, Donna Benway of Auburn, NY and Timothy Benway of Sandy Creek, NY; his sisters, Michelle Kingsley of Auburn, NY, Kaira Benway of Auburn, NY, Alexandra Benway of Auburn, NY and Jessica Lee; his girlfriend Erika Knapp; and his pet Legend. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Timothy's memory to Farnham Family Services, 283 W. 2nd St. #200, Oswego, NY 13126; to help continue supportive addiction recovery and help others that are facing similar struggles.
