He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bliss and Edna Bliss (Eldred); his sisters, Mable, Bev and Ginny; his daughters, Judy Mae and Joanne Ann; and his former wife Barbara Bliss (Tubbs).
He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Calabrese; his brother Keith; his children, Linda Carley (Michael), Michael Bliss (Vicky) and Kim Bliss-Carey; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Steve), Michael (Tiffiney), Michelle, Tyah (Jeff), Ashley, Cody, Lyndsay (Dylan), Brandy (Dan), Tyler (Heather) and Mackenzie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
