It is with sadness that the passing of Ricky R. Kinser of Otego, New York is shared. Ricky, born on November 11, 1954, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kinser and Georgene Kinser (Middleton); his in-laws, Charles and Mary LeSuer; and his siblings, Charles R. Kinser, Jr., Clifford K. Kinser and Deborah L. Ori (Kinser).
He is survived by: his wife Carla Kinser; his children, Rick R. (Tracy), Rochelle (Juan), Laura (David) and Randall (Yvonne); his stepchildren, Michael-Shawn Tenace (Stephanie) and Ciara-Jade Johnson (Glyndwr Michl); and his siblings, Roy (Rita), Georgette (Mark) and Tina Hohn (Bob). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grummons-Bookhout-Bennett Funerals & Cremations (14 Grand St, Oneonta, NY 13820). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, Finn-tastic Fighter's (the charity to honor our great nephew who lost his battle with leukemia), Hartwick College's Pine Lake, No Kid Hungry or the Disabled American Veterans.
