He is survived by: his wife Bettie; his son Scott (Theresa) of Fairfax; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Kassandra; his siblings, Darlene Bennett of Homer, Kelly Bennett (Debra) of Fort Walton Beach and Bettjane Lee of Truxton; Helga Kahrs (Klaus) of Germany, Melanie Manis (Jack) of Michigan and Martin Otten (Carol Anne) of South Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (698 County Rd 6, Otego, NY 13825).
