He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward McDonald and Ella Karlsen McDonald; his daughter Joan; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by : his children, Edward T. "Skip" McDonald of Rochester, Barry McDonald (Gresa Gostivari) of Jacksonville and Joanne Yaeger (Troy); his grandchildren, Alexis and Olivia of Ithaca; and his niece Cindy.
