She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry D. Chamberlain and Blanche Chamberlain; her sister Rebecca Nemec (Steve); and her brother-in-law George O'Sullivan. She is survived by : her siblings, H. David Chamberlain (Angelina) of Rochester, Marilyn O'Sullivan of San Antonio, TX, Douglas Chamberlain (Paula) of Watkins Glen, Rosalie Scaccia (James) of Stratham, NH and Donald Chamberlain of Ovid. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
