He is survived by: his wife Cherry of Ithaca; his son Joseph Porter (Mindy) of Interlaken; his grandsons, Gregory, Jonathon, Gabriel and Brian Porter; and his sister Betty Westbrook (Dick) of Interlaken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
