She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Joseph Meeker, Sr. and Ruth Sanford; and her husband Dr. Verle I. Walters. She is survived by : her children, Dale G. of Lodi, Allen E. of Elmira, Kaye M. Sill (David) of Ithaca, Beth W. Emerick (Jerry) of Cooperstown and Verle A. (Dawn) of Lafayette, OR; and her siblings, Mary M. Oltz of Ithaca, Russel J. Meeker (Mildred) of Munnsville, Hazel F. Lombardi of Elmira and Clark S. Meeker of Groton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
