She was predeceased by : her parents, W. Leonard Collins and Anne Collins; her husband Paul A O'Connell, Jr.; her children, Craig O'Connell, Alicia Anne and Paul A. O'Connell, III; and her daughters-in-law, Christine Walpole (Leigh) and Alice Eileen Marnell (Jack).
She is survived by : her daughter Cindy O'Connell DeBottis; her grandchildren, Brian DeBottis, Molly Bernstein (Ryan), Hannah O'Connell, Madeleine O'Connell, Kevin DeBottis, Shannon DeBottis and Finn O'Connell; her daughter-in-law Judy Metz; and her sister-in-law Shirley Clemenson (Roger). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
