Phillip Smalser Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Smalser of Ovid, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smalser and Lucille Smalser (Cline); and his siblings, Lloyd and Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his children, Rob (Mary Jo Clavin) of Monson and Carrie Smalser of Ovid; his grandson Phil (Tom Smalser); his brother John (Willard) of Wyalusing, PA; and his brothers-in-law, James (Trish O'Kane) and Douglas Carrier (Melody). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
