He is survived by : his parents, Nancy Kelsey of Waterloo and Thomas Martz Sr. of Georgia; his sisters, Terri Taggart (Robert) of Georgia and Tracey Martz-Hoffman (David) of Geneva; his brother-in-law Joseph LaGeorge of Mount Morris; and his children, Andrew Avery (Catherine) of Seneca Falls, Beth Lapp-Mangum (Aaron) of Candor and Craig Lapp of Seneca Falls. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
