He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Cornish and Carrie Cornish (Thomas); and his brothers, Joseph, Marvin, Julius, Wilbur Jr., Michael, Patrick and Floyd Cornish.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cornish; his children, Kyle (Jaime), Chad Cornish and Charlene Balzer; his grandchildren, Catlin, Kylie, James Cornish, Ryan, Elijah Rosbaugh-Cornish and Zachary Balzer; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Madelyn and Hudson Balzer; and his sisters, Marguerite Franks, Marylee Woodcock, Linda Thomas and Cindy Foster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM at the New York State Veteran's Cemetery - Finger Lakes.
