He was predeceased by: his father George Belcher. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Eccleston of Waverly; his daughter Cassandra Remington of Fulton, NY; his sister Patricia Hemenway; and his close friend Elizabeth "Trish" Belcher of Owego.
