We bid farewell to Arthur E. Reynolds of Owego, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 21, 2025 at the age of 91. Arthur touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Reynolds and Nina Reynolds (Wiser); his sister Nina Swartwood; and his daughter Penny McNamara. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Reynolds (Beauter); his daughters, Janette Quiles (Johnny) of Apalachin, NY and Susann Green (Eric) of Washington; his grandchildren, Andrew, Mike McNamara, Justin, Josh Quiles and Caitlin Patrick; his great grandchildren, Kaileb, Chloe and Willow McNamara; Frank, David and Donald Reynolds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his local church friends.
