She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Sofranko, Sr.; her parents, Andrew Kuhar and Mary Kuhar (Tomas); and her siblings, Michael Kuhar, Joseph Kuhar, Andrew Kuhar, Mary Wasilewski, Anna Lopatovsky and Theresa Parke.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Iyoob and Paul Sofranko, Jr.; her grandsons, Brian Iyoob and Timothy (Kerrie Iyoob); and her great grandchild Milo Iyoob. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cecilia Sofranko's memory to the Tioga County Rural Ministry, 143 North Avenue, Owego, NY 13827.
