She is survived by: her husband Kevin D. Cross; her siblings, Merwin "Mer" Barrett (Joanna) and Hazel Barrett; and her close friend Heather Card (Doug). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Her contributions to these organizations were not merely acts of service but expressions of her deep-rooted belief in the value of community and the importance of giving back.
