She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kuchinski, Sr.; her son David Kuchinski; her brother George; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Schwentner and Stanley Kumiega.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph, Jr. (Lora Kuchinski) and James (Jodie Kuchinski); her grandchildren, Andrea, Samantha, Joseph, Michael, Luke, Josh, Amanda and Ashley; her sister Marie Kumiega; and her siblings-in-law, Chester Kuchinski and Beradine Kuchinski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
