It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Saxton Jr. of Owego, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Suzanne Saxton (Fullmer); his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Robert Parker; and his parents, Franklin W. Sr. Saxton and Helen Saxton (Fields).
He is survived by: his wife Ellyn Saxton (Thomas); his children, Franklin W. III (Lee Saxton), Timothy D. (Lisa Saxton) and Cynthia Sue (Saxton); his son-in-law Joseph Wilson; his grandchildren, Christopher, Maria Saxton, Timothy Ryan Saxton, Kirally Golub, Eric, Jennifer Saxton, Sarah and Henry Krohn; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Lauren and William Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Alister, Audric, Lola, Matilda, Ruby, Huxley, Michael, Aubrey, Otto and August.
