He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton R. Hyde and Mabel M. Hyde (Dutton); and his former wife Evelyn Zula (Hogg). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn (Prawel); his children, Debbie Crozier (David), Cindy Henry-Wood (Robert), Tracy Hyde (Carrie), Trudy Hyde (Larry Hover), Jeri Sarrge (Daniel) and Jennifer Garabedian (Edmon); and his stepson Drew Prawel (Sarah). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Richards Funeral Home (3670 Waverly Rd, Owego, NY 13827). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
