He is survived by: his wife Carole Shoop Blake; his children, Deborah Gatta, Diane Krantwashl and Henry; his daughter-in-law Pamela Blake; his grandchildren, Victoria Meigs, Tyler Blake, Jordan Blake, Nicholas Gatta, Talia Gatta, Ashley Bollock and Alexis Blake; his brother Ronald; his sister-in-law Carol Blake; his sister Betty Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Shoop (Mary Faulkner), Frederick (Betty Sindoni), Joseph (Kathy Sindoni), Kathleen Sindoni and Martha Blake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
