He is survived by: his wife Cindy Richardson (Perry); his children, Jay Richardson II, Zachariah Perry, Lory Tinkham and Dason Tinkham; his grandchildren, Zoe, Maximus, Lazarus, Ezekiel, Zeleigh Perry, Jasper and Vesper Weisz; his great grandchild Jace Perry; and his siblings, Bonnie Barlow (Art), Billy Richardson (Colleen), Robert Perry, Mark Perry, Leo Perry (Valerie), Ben Perry and Dan Perry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
