He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Courtright and Carol Courtright (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Courtright; his children, Jennifer (Mike Canfield), Joseph Courtright, Jr. (Casey Courtright), Daniel Courtright (Joley), Wayne Stanton (Dillon Courtright), Taylor (Austin Trumpower) and Branden (Sara Barnum); and his siblings, Ed (Connie Terrell), Clarence "Chuck" (Haia Courtright), Howard Courtright, Billy (Helen Courtright), Cindy Drew (Bob) and Starr (Mark Regan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
