She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: William "Bill" Ulrich; parents: Burdette and Irene (Short) Mosher; daughters: Sheryl Gonzales, Lisa (Neil) VanTol; grandchildren: Michael, Elianna, Josiah (Hannah), and Hannah Rose Gonzales, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Rebekah (Rick), William, Isaac, Abigail and Annabeth VanTol; great granddaughter: Azalea; brothers: Gregory and Ralph Mosher; sisters: Penny Creeley; sisters-in-law: Connie Mosher and Arlene Ulrich; brother-in-law: Randy Creeley, Sr.; son-in-law: David Gonzales; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Richards Funeral Home (3670 Waverly Rd, Owego, NY 13827). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
