She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Howe and Wealthy Howe (Strong); and her husband William. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn (Lewis), Michael Padgett (Gloria), Marilyn Harding, Sue Meade (Charles) of Newark Valley, Malinda Bismark (Paul) and Ronda Delahanty (Robert) of Watertown; her sister Marion Ulrich; and her close friend Karen Strong. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richards Funeral Home (3670 Waverly Rd, Owego, NY 13827). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
