She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Short and Grace Short; and her siblings, Danny, Lewis, Frederick, Alan, Douglas, Thomas, Gary Short, Sally Haner and Carolyn Smith.
She is survived by: her son Eugene; her daughter-in-law Terri Settel; her granddaughters, Peggy, Barbara and Monica (Benjamin); her great grandchildren, Juan, Jadon, Grayson and Cameron; her sister-in-law Carol Short; and her close friend Brett Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
