He is survived by : his sons, Gary Cook (Pam) of Wildomar, California, Barry Cook (Dawn) of Owls Head, NY, Andrew "Bunny" Cook (Devina) of Perth and Western Australia; his grandchildren, Jenine and Nycole; his sons, Kevin, Cory, Brandon Cook (Laura), Zachary, Kiara, Tavis and Tenneson; his great grandchildren, Faith, Kylie and Ryder; his grandchildren, Ivan, Samuel, Leo, Everly and Marnie Ray; his sisters, Barbara Belanga (late Ken) of Owls Head, NY, Janet Cavers (Gordie) of Ormstown, Margorie Hutchins (late Ken) of Owls Head, NY, Nancy (late Richard "Dick" Malley) and Peggy Scott (Perry) of Owls Head, NY; and his sister-in-law Lynn Cook of Middleport, NY..
