He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Davies and Helen Davies (Gallagher); his brothers, Donald and Kevin Davies; and his in-laws, Ronald and Rosalie Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Davies; his sons, Jason Guy (Chelsea), Zachary Davies (Debra) and Alex Davies; his siblings, David Davies, Trudy Whiteman (Kent) and Mary Ann Davies (Russel); his brother-in-law Ronald Simmons (Wendy); and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Ed's honor to the Susquehanna SPCA, 5082–5088 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326, or the New York State Veterans Home, 4207 State Highway 220, Oxford, NY 13830.
