She was predeceased by : her brother-in-law Lester Harold Betts. She is survived by : her husband Layton Edward Betts; her son Timothy Wiley of Erie, PA; her granddaughter Mikala Wiley; her stepsons, Dale Edward Betts of Mansfield, PA and Arnold Eugene Betts of Cherry Flats, PA; her sister Dorothy Christon; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Martin Betts and Paul Tracy Betts.
