He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Fields (Cantatore) and Frederick Parkinson Sr.; his son Frederick Parkinson II; and his sister Jean Marie Nardone. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Guck (John); his siblings, Patricia Potter, Donald Parkinson Julie Parkinson (Doreen), Sharon Lake, Diane Parkinson and Frank Parkinson; and his granddaughters, Kayla, Hannah and Haley of Frederick, III.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephew and cousin.
