He was predeceased by: his daughter Erika Lee; and his wife Gerry Bergstrom (Kinsley). He is survived by: his daughter Alexa Kinsley Bergstrom-LaDuke; and his grandchildren, Kinsley Emma and Kaiden Joseph.
