He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Cornell and Florence Cornell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cornell; his children, Susie Cornell and Manley "John" Cornell III (Lona); his granddaughters, Ashley Cornell, Brittaney Herron, Rachel Farnung (Ryan), Stephanie Gorsky and Taylor Drew; his great grandchildren, Nell Gorsky, Jacob, Grace Saunders, Nora and Aeryn Herron; and his sisters, Kathy Donnelly (Bill) and Florence Munger (Avery). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Palmyra Chapel (123 E Jackson St, Palmyra, NY 14522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels (123 E Jackson St, Palmyra, NY 14522).
