Rice of Palmyra, New York, born in Clifton Springs, New York, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bernadine and Cecelia Bernadine; her former husband Randy Rice; and her sister Cecelia Nevil. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Rice.
