Patrick left this world on September 14, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Breen and Mary Breen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Breen; his children, Trisha Redmond (Chad) and Patrick Breen, Jr. (Danielle); his grandsons, Bryce, Joel and Samuel; and his siblings, Terri Ziegler (Charles), Tim Breen (Lois), Dave Breen, Jr. (Karen), Marty Breen, Kelly Breen and Tom Breen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Macedon Chapel (1040 NY-31, Macedon, NY 14502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Murphy Funeral and Cremation Chapels (1040 NY-31, Macedon, NY 14502). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Flaherty's (113 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Macedon, NY 14502).
