He is survived by: his wife Terry McDonald (Rhone); his children, Marissa Balch and Chris McDonald; his grandchildren, Kailyn Crawford, Carter Balch, Raegan McDonald and CJ McDonald; his siblings, Bonnie DiNicola and Arthur McDonald (Linda); and his cousin Sharon Borden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
