He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rude and Clara Horton Rude; and his siblings, Harold Rude Jr., Hiram Rude, Russell Rude, Elwood Rude and Arloween Cody.
He is survived by: his children, Mary, Roland Lyndaker of Palmyra, Roberta, Charlie Austin of Waterloo, Arloween and Bruce Corwin of Victor; his grandchildren, Jason Galens (Meredith), Charlie Austin (Elena), William Austin (Tammy), Elizabeth Kuhn, Andrew Kuhn, William Corwin, Taylyn Corwin and Brock Corwin; and his sister Thelma Neff of Weeki Wachee, FL. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
